Are you looking for peaceful spots to breastfeed or bottle-feed your baby at Disney World? Here are the top 3 quiet places in each park (and Disney Springs!) —outside of the Baby Care Centers—perfect for a calm feeding break.
While Disney World is full of magic and excitement, it can also be loud and overstimulating—especially for babies. The Baby Care Centers are a fantastic resource, but they’re not always nearby when hunger strikes (and even if they are, sometimes they can be super crowded!). Whether you’re nursing or bottle-feeding, sometimes you just need a peaceful corner to sit, feed the baby, and recharge. Here are the top three quiet spots in each Disney park (plus Disney Springs) where you can comfortably feed your baby—no Baby Care Center required.
Quiet Places to Feed Your Baby in Magic Kingdom
Tomorrowland Terrace
This is a great place to sit in the shade and feed your little one. It’s covered, there are lots of tables, and it’s quiet between mealtimes. It also has a great breeze and is stroller-friendly. The only thing to be wary of is that this spot can get a little busy during meal times (if they’re open), and closes early for the dessert party. But if you can catch it when it’s open, this is a great option.

The Path behind Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe
Okay, you know where that really pretty gazebo is behind the Christmas Shoppe? There are also a lot of secluded places to sit back there. You can find a quiet bench in the shade and you’re tucked away from most of the foot traffic.

The Pathway near the Cinderella Castle Wishing Well
If you walk around to the back of the castle, tucked off the main hub, this shaded path has benches and a great view of the castle from a quieter angle. You can find a shady place to sit and feed your little one (with a great view!).

Quiet Places to Feed Your Baby in EPCOT
American Adventure Pavilion (upper level outside show)
This is such an overlooked spot in EPCOT, but that makes it a perfect, relatively private spot to feed your baby. There are benches available and it’s typically pretty quiet.

Behind the UK Pavilion
If you venture through the World Showcase to the backside of the UK pavilion, there are garden pathways (that are super pretty!) and benches tucked away. This is a calm, quiet place to feed your little one. I really recommend this one if you’re there during a festival! No one really ventures that far back, so it’s still pretty quiet.

World Nature Pathway (near The Land and Imagination)
This is a tree-lined walkway that connects The Land Pavilion and The Imagination Pavilion. There are benches along the way that are shaded by the trees. Not a lot of people go this way, which would give you some privacy and quiet to feed your little one.

Quiet Places to Feed Your Baby in Hollywood Studios
Echo Lake (near Gertie the Dinosaur)
Echo Lake (the big lake near the front of the park) has benches all around it, most of which are in the shade. An added bonus? You get a view of the lake! This space is usually quiet in the mornings and during shows.

The Courtyard outside Walt Disney Presents
The courtyard right outside of Walt Disney Presents has benches in the shade and is typically pretty quiet. If you want to feed your babe in the AC, you can also feed them inside of Walt Disney Presents, you just may get more quiet and privacy if you stay outside.

Walkway between Galaxy’s Edge and Toy Story Land
Tucked between Galaxy’s Edge and Toy Story Land, there’s a wide path with occasional seating and shade. This is a surprisingly calm stretch, especially if you pause near the tunnel area before entering Batuu.

Quiet Places to Feed Your Baby in Animal Kingdom
Walking Trail near Tree of Life (Discovery Island Trails)
If you’ve never gone down the walking trail around the tree of life, it’s definitely something to explore, even if you’re not feeding your little one. These trails are quiet, peaceful, and have plenty of places to sit in the shade. This is a great spot if you have an overstimulated baby and need somewhere really calm.

Behind Flame Tree Barbecue
Tucked behind Flame Tree Barbecue, there are tons of tables that are in the shade and even some by the water. There are plenty of secluded spaces to feed your little one, and there are also plenty of places to park a stroller. This is a great option for a peaceful and scenic spot to feed your baby.

Near Conservation Station (Rafiki’s Planet Watch)
After the train ride, there are usually quiet areas once you get to the Conservation Station. There are spots both inside and outside where you can sit and be out of the busy spaces. This is a great option if you want something more secluded.

Quiet Places to Feed Your Baby in Disney Springs
Disney Springs doesn’t have a Baby Care Center like the parks do, so this is where you have to really get creative. These are the top 3 quiet places to feed your baby in Disney Springs.
Behind the Marketplace Co-Op
Behind the Co-Op, there are benches near the water, away from main walkways. This spot can be very peaceful despite the crowds, especially in the mornings.

Dock area behind The Boathouse
This spot isn’t quite as private, but it is relatively quiet, has great views, and you can sit in the shade. An added bonus? It also has good stroller access.

Second floor of Coca-Cola Store
Okay, I know it sounds weird to feed your baby in a store, but the second floor of Coca-Cola is typically pretty calm, and it’s a great indoor option in the AC. They offer seating and it’s near the windows, so you will have a nice view of Springs.

Feeding your baby at Disney World doesn’t have to mean heading straight for a Baby Care Center. These tucked-away spots offer just the right amount of quiet, shade, and comfort when your little one needs a break. Whether you’re bottle-feeding, nursing, or just need a breather, these hidden gems can make your park day a little smoother—and a lot more peaceful.
