A magical day at Disney with a baby in tow may seem challenging, but it is possible—with the right gear. Whether you’re navigating Main Street during a heat wave or trying to soothe a tired little one during the fireworks, here’s everything you’ll want to pack to keep your baby happy (and yourself stress-free).
The Big Stuff
Stroller
You want to bring one that’s lightweight, easy to fold, and with plenty of shade. Consider a stroller fan attachment.

Wearable Carrier
To be honest, I use this way more than a stroller! It’s perfect for waiting in line, napping on the go, or navigating crowded areas. I stuff a cooling towel in it to keep her cool.

Beat the Heat
Stroller Fan
A clip-on fan helps keep your baby cool in the Florida heat. We got the Ryobi clip on fan and love it!

Spray Bottle
More specifically, the spray bottles with the fan attached. A little spritz every once in awhile helps keep little ones cool.
Cooling Towel
These are great to drape over the stroller or tuck behind your baby’s neck for instant relief. I recommend getting a few on Amazon before you go – the one’s in the park are cute but pricey!

Sun Hat & Sunscreen
Baby-safe SPF and a wide-brimmed hat are musts for sunny days. You can even get their hat a little wet to keep them cool.

Changing Essentials
Extra Diapers & Wipes
I know that this seems like a given, but bring more than you think you’ll need—especially if you’ll be staying all day.
Change of Clothes
Spit-ups, spills, or blowouts happen. Pack at least one full outfit. Remember to double check the extra outfit that you keep in your diaper bag to make sure that it’s the right size, too!
Wet Bag
This helps contain any messes and keep your diaper bag from getting gross. It’s also good to have if your little ones are going to ride water rides or play in any of the splash pads.

Feeding & Hydration
Water Bottle or Sippy Cup
If your baby is old enough, hydration is key. Bring a few sippy cups and bottled waters!
Snacks/Formula/Breastfeeding Supplies
Depending on your baby’s age and feeding style, you want to make sure that you have everything that you need to make sure that their little bellies stay full.
Insulated Bag
This helps keep milk, water, or purees at a safe temperature. We love our cute Toy Story one from Petunia Pickle Bottom!

Comfort & Entertainment
Toys and Teethers
Toys and teethers are a must! These are good for keeping little ones entertained while they’re in the stroller, waiting in lines, and even during shows and meals.
Noise-Canceling Headphones
Noise-canceling headphones are a must for louder shows like Fantasmic and Indiana Jones and, of course, for fireworks shows! You can find super affordable ones on Amazon!

Light Blanket or Lovey
If your little one needs something soft and familiar to get feel comfortable and relaxed (especially when napping), be sure to pack a blanket or a lovey.
Parent Must-Haves
Back-Up Phone Charger
This is something that we always forget and always end up needing. You’ll want your phone for taking pictures, using the app, and keeping up with family members if you split up. A portable charger is a must! (Pro tip: Charge your phone in the baby centers while you’re feeding baby!)
Small First Aid Kit
A family-friendly first aid kit can come in super handy. Include baby-safe pain relief, Band-Aids, etc.
Hand Sanitizer & Baby-Safe Sanitizing Wipes:
These come in super handy (especially if your little one is always dropping their toys the way that mine does!). They’re also good before and after snack time.
Umbrella and Poncho
This is another thing that we always forget and always end up needing! Even if you don’t need them for rain, umbrellas provide great shade and the ponchos come in handy for water rides.
Closing Tips:
Keep your essentials organized with labeled pouches, and don’t forget that Disney Baby Care Centers (available in every park!) are clean, cool, and stocked with changing tables, high chairs, and even spare diapers if you’re in a pinch.
